This is my childhood on a plate!
Melt 1/2 cup butter then take off heat and add 1/4 cup sugar, 1 beaten egg and 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa
Return to low heat and stir constantly until thickens – 1 to 2 mins
Stir in 1 teaspoon vanilla, 2 cups crushed plain biscuits and 1 cup shredded coconut
Press into a greased dish and pop into freezer
Beat 1/4 cup soft butter until creamy
Add 4 heaped tablespoons of custard powder, 2 cups icing sugar and 3 tablespoons milk or cream
Beat until smooth and spreadable.
If its not spreadable add a splash more milk
Spread over base and return to freezer
Melt 1/4 cup butter
Add 1/2 cup cocoa and 1/2 cup icing sugar
Beat and add water slowly until smooth and creamy.
Add more equal amounts of Cocoa and icing sugar until you have desired amount of icing.
Spread over base and add sprinkles
Place in fridge until set.
